The streamer confirms Expats star Brian Tee as Quinn, a mysterious figure from Reacher’s past, who is a key villain in Child’s book. Johnny Berthold is cast as Richard Beck, a college student whose attempted kidnapping kicks off the novel’s story. Roberto Montesinos will play DEA agent Guillermo Villanueva, while Daniel David Stewart plays DEA rookie Steven Elliot.
