The woman who allegedly hooked up with Brandi Redmond’s husband, Bryan, from Real Housewives of Dallas spoke out. In March 2021, a video began swirling online of Bryan dancing close to another woman at a club and seemingly going in to kiss her. Brandi addressed the footage during the RHOD reunion in May 2021, claiming it was filmed in 2018. Brandi said the incident occurred during her brother-in-law’s joint bachelor/bachelorette party. When asked if she planned on ending their marriage, Brandi clarified that she wanted to stand by her husband and keep her family together after their time on the hit reality TV show.
For Brandi, the worst part of the video surfacing online is that a fan sent it to her daughter’s private Instagram account. She felt someone purposely put the video out there to hurt her and her family. When she expressed this at the reunion of one of the worst-ranked Real Housewives franchises, the rest of the cast claimed they believed it was former cast member LeeAnne Locken who put it out there. Brandi and LeeAnne never got along on the show, so it seemed possible. LeeAnne has since denied being the one to put the video out there and sending it to Brandi’s daughter.
Details About Brandi’s Husband Surfaced
The woman in the infamous video spoke up and provided further details about the hookup. An unnamed woman messaged the Bravo and Cocktails Instagram account in a post that has since been removed, claiming to be the woman in the video. The woman in the direct messages seemed surprised that no one had identified her as the one in the video since it had been circulating for so long. She claimed to have created a secondary Instagram account to direct message Bravo and Cocktails because she wasn’t ready to put her identity out there. According to Reality Blurb, when the woman was asked if it was a drug deal or a simple hookup, the woman maintained it was just a hookup.
Brandi’s Husband Was Not Doing Drugs Or Having An Affair
On top of debunking the theory that the two of them were doing drugs together, the woman also shot down rumors of a long-term affair. According to the mystery woman, after their encounter that night, she attempted to keep in touch with Bryan via text, but it didn’t go further. She also claims to have had no prior knowledge of who Bryan was before dancing with him at the club. However, she knew he had a wife and children, admitting he spent the night talking to her about them and showing her pictures of them. Then, she found out who her wife was and what show she was on.
Real Housewives of Dallas was canceled due to low ratings in 2021. However, Brandi had already decided she wouldn’t return to the show before it was canceled. Brandi and Bryan are doing better than ever, so whatever happened with his cheating scandal has passed.
